Order Entry Representative (part-time)

We are seeking an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Order Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent customer service. This is a permanent, part-time position requiring a minimum of three 8-hour days per week (M, T, & F), day shift.

Quality Inpector

Inspects and tests components and products for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment. Inspects products for conformity to customer’s specifications using measuring instruments. Visually examines product. Verifies dimensions of product using micrometers, gauges, tapes, and templates. Prepares reports.

Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor, lead or appropriate point of contact
Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work
Coordinates with Purchasing on vendor activity through Material Review Report (MRRs) or other reports as required
Inspects and reviews for disposition customer returns based on quality defects. Follows through to see that proper disposition is carried out and inventory is handled accordingly.
Prepares, fills out and distributes necessary reports (i.e. A3, data report, metrics, inspection records, etc.)
Inspects procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with quality standards
Guides the production team about why quality control concerns, or test failures, occur and how to improve product excellence
Analyzes data for trends (Averages, Pareto analysis, etc.)
May attend seminars or other training to keep skills up to date
May work in other areas from time to time as assigned
Seeks out and implements continuous quality improvements

Job is inside, but area is not climate controlled as tractor trailer delivery doors are open periodically throughout the day. Must follow established safety rules to prevent injury to self and others. Protective equipment, assistance with lifting, and respirators required for some tasks; all PPE is provided by Clemco. Job requires nearly continual standing, moderate physical exertion, and continuous attention to detail. Lifting could be up to 50 pounds; help and appropriate protective equipment is available. Continuous mental and visual attention are required for safety and to maintain required tolerances.

Must have experience in Quality Inspection, Assurance or Control in a manufacturing environment to be considered as an external candidate.
Internal candidates who have at least three years’ experience in Welding, Cabinet Assembly or Component Assembly will also be considered.

Machine Builder

Builds standard and custom abrasive blasting cabinets

Assembles and installs standard equipment
Builds and installs electrical and electronic circuitry from schematics, detailed drawings or other instructions
Installs PLCs and other electronics
Uses machine tools, hand tools, multimeters, tow motor, overhead crane and forklifts as needed to accomplish the work
May assist with dismantling equipment after it has been tested to assist in the shipping process when necessary
Proactively works to gain knowledge of other departments, troubleshooting standard or project equipment from drawings or sketches with the mentoring and guidance of more senior or highly skilled technicians
Seeks out and implements continuous quality improvements
Actively participates in LEAN activities such as PDCA, A-3, and Root Cause Analysis activities

Clemco is looking for an engaging, experienced, energized Field Sales Manager (FSM) for our Northeast US territory. If you have a track record of at least 5 years of successful manufacturing sales, especially if it is in a technical area focusing on automation and surface preparation, and you are looking for a long-term partnership with a company that will treat you well, Clemco may be a place you want to check out.
Our team needs an FSM who has a degree or the equivalent in experience and education. (We would love you to have Engineering background, but it is not required.) We have channel partners that bring us work from 55 countries, but we still need you to be a proactive (hungry) sales professional.
We have internal technical sales staff, but we still need you to be supportive and diligent about paperwork and entering data in our sales funnel (humble.) Responsibilities Specific to This Role
Educate distributors on how to sell and support Clemco offerings (complement to formal training program).
Ensure distributors have the right product literature and reference material.
Support distributors in selling Clemco to end users (e.g., ride-alongs).
Conduct pre-sale activity for custom projects (e.g., requirements gathering, communicating the Clemco offering) and close them.
Create budget estimates for complex opportunities.
Manage assigned projects within sales funnel.

Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer will design new products and improve existing products using their knowledge of mechanical design, technology, materials, and manufacturing processes. The Engineer is responsible for engineering new and existing products, helping to launch new products, CAD modeling/designing, producing prototypes, and factory testing the designs.
