We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to drive Clemco's revenue growth across the Americas and strengthen our distributor and direct customer relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Deep understanding of distribution channels, industrial sales cycles, and engineered-to-order products.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Experience working within a Lean manufacturing environment and aligning sales goals to value streams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically, with some international travel as needed. text goes here

Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist

A Continuous Improvement Specialist will be a leader for change, an educator of CI, and a supporter of teams to remove waste and improve flow at Clemco.
Implement and support sustainment of 5S throughout the organization
Educate and support teams with the development and revision of Standard Work
Develop Visual Management to help team members quickly identify normal vs abnormal outcomes
Facilitate events and trainings
RIE’s (7-week cycle)
Blitz’s
Steel training
Bronze training

Foster an environment where CI principles are positively and routinely demonstrated
Effectively collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with overall business priorities
Execution of Cell Assessments to help identify opportunities for learning and education within Clemco teams

Associate’s degree of science preferred, bachelor’s degree heavily preferred
No experience in a Continuous Improvement role required, 3-5 years preferred

Ability to accomplish goals with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn additional computer programs and applications

We welcome resumes from students in enrolled in welding programs as well as experienced welders. Salary commensurate with experience. If in school, must be able to work days. We do not have a 2nd or 3rd shift at Clemco.
Apprentice level: students enrolled in a Welding course of study or who have done welding for 1 year or more are welcome to apply as Apprentice Welders.
Level I: prefer 3-5 years’ experience in MIG welding and machine setup for light gauge metals (16 gauge to 1/4”).
Skilled Welders: prefer 3-5 years’ experience in MIG welding and machine setup for light gauge metals (16 gauge to 1/4”).
Requires thorough knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints along with the ability to convert this knowledge to obtain an efficient product.
Must pass ASME certification in agreed upon time frame.
Experience in safely and efficiently operating a forklift and overhead crane may be required for some assignments.

Fits and welds fabricated metal parts to produce standard and/or special products.
Has full understanding of welding procedures regarding electrode size, current, arc length and voltage, travel speed and electrode angle.
Can set up and adjust welding equipment accordingly. Works with complicated engineering drawings.
May attend seminars or other training to keep skills up to date.
May work in other areas from time to time as assigned.
Seeks out and implements continuous quality improvements.
Actively participates in LEAN activities such as PDCA, A-3, and Root Cause Analysis activities.
Demonstrates flexibility when asked to take on new things.
Requires the use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of decimals and fractions.
Requires the use of standard measuring instruments normally required to set angles and dimensions within stated welding tolerances.
Requires some judgment to comply with instructions, follow prescribed methods and make minor decisions as to setups, operations and processes.
