Accounts Payable / Receiving Clerk
Part Time

  • The Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk will execute transactions related to the accounts payable and receivable area. This 30 hour per week part-time role is on-site reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and working with several members of the Finance department to support the accounts payable and receivable functions.

    • Transacts accounts payable activities to include, but not limited to:

      • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices

      • Proper matching of purchasing and receiving documents

      • Timely research of PO matching discrepancies with applicable department personnel

      • Ensure proper approvals on non-PO invoices are obtained timely

      • Correct distribution to general ledger expense accounts

      • Timely and accurate transacting of the weekly payment process

      • Proper filing and storage of records

      • Other duties, as assigned

    • Transacts accounts receivable activities to included, but not limited to:

      • Timely and accurate transacting of daily cash applications

      • Contact customers on payment discrepancies

      • Set up and maintain certain data for customer accounts

      • Process certain customer invoicing through their portal process

      • Release credit holds based on assigned thresholds

      • Respond to credit references

      • Other duties, as assigned

    • Distribute mail received to the appropriate addressee.

    • Maintain the postage meter and ensure it is funded as needed.

    • Ensures compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

    • Supports process improvements as needed.

Component Assembler

  • Assembles basic mechanical and electrical components related to pressure vessels and other Clemco products.  Protective gear is provided by the company.

    • Must learn to read and interpret work instructions and drawings within 90 days of hire.

    • Must learn to use basic powered and non-powered tools within 90 days of hire.

    • Must be able to match parts numbers from drawings and job orders to parts bins and Kan Ban labels. 

    • Attendance and punctuality are essential to the role

    • Assembles mechanical and electric components, valves, personal protective equipment such as helmets, hoses and air canisters

    • Prepares tools that help prepare surfaces for commercial grade finishes.  Proper techniques for safety and cleaning are observed.  

    • Uses powered and non-powered hand tools and powered vises.  

    • Checks units for quality, workmanship and leaks and makes repairs or adjustments as needed.

    • Must be willing to work in other areas as customer demand and business needs required.

    • Continuous mental or visual attention required to maintain tolerances during assembly.  Failure to maintain tolerances can result in lethal product failures.

    • May attend seminars or other training to keep skills up to date.

  • The Human Resource Generalist supports the day-to-day People and administrative operations of Clemco. This role ensures accurate execution of core people functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll adjustments, benefits administration, FMLA and leave management, employee relations support, and general office coordination. The HR Generalist is a hands-on role, balancing transactional processes with relationship-building, and plays a critical part in maintaining smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

    Recruiting & Onboarding

    • Manage recruiting process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and coordination with staffing agencies.

    • Oversee temporary staffing needs and maintain relationships with agencies.

    • Conduct background checks, drug tests, and pre-employment screenings.

Shipping Team Member

  • The Shipping team member will have responibilities in Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse to meet the needs of Clemco customers.

    • Requires moderate to heavy physical demand lifting a range of 5-75 pounds with appropriate assistance, tools and equipment.

    • Stand/walk continuously through the shift.

    • Visual and mental acuity and attention to detail.

    • Job is inside, but area is not climate controlled as bay doors are open periodically throughout the day.  Protective equipment such as safety footwear and glasses are required.  Prescription safety glasses are available at Clemco’s expense.

  • We welcome resumes from students in enrolled in welding programs as well as experienced welders. Salary commensurate with experience. If in school, must be able to work days. We do not have a 2nd or 3rd shift at Clemco.

    • Apprentice level: students enrolled in a Welding course of study or who have done welding for 1 year or more are welcome to apply as Apprentice Welders.

    • Level I: prefer 3-5 years’ experience in MIG welding and machine setup for light gauge metals (16 gauge to 1/4”).

    • Skilled Welders: prefer 3-5 years’ experience in MIG welding and machine setup for light gauge metals (16 gauge to 1/4”).

    • Requires thorough knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints along with the ability to convert this knowledge to obtain an efficient product. 

    • Must pass ASME certification in agreed upon time frame. 

    • Experience in safely and efficiently operating a forklift and overhead crane may be required for some assignments.

    • Fits and welds fabricated metal parts to produce standard and/or special products. 

    • Has full understanding of welding procedures regarding electrode size, current, arc length and voltage, travel speed and electrode angle. 

    • Can set up and adjust welding equipment accordingly. Works with complicated engineering drawings. 

    • May attend seminars or other training to keep skills up to date.

    • May work in other areas from time to time as assigned.
